Jacob saved the day, first my original keyless entry stopped working even after new batteries. I got nothing. So I purchased after market for my 2008 Town and Country van, I received them from Amazon which included how to self program them, after trying several times, somehow they deactivated my old ones so I had nothing plus my vehicle was dead.... So I called Jacob and he drove over reprogram my new set, and ended up draining my battery so he helped me jump my van and it started right up!!!! I called and needed someone to help me with getting my keys out of my car after locking them in , and they were in the ignition so I went on line and after calling several company's ,I called Preferred and they had somebody out here with in10 minutes. It just so happened that Jacob was on his way to another job and I was on the way. After he got here he had the door opened with in less than a minute. I would recommend this company to anybody that has issues with the locks. I also want to mention that the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and professional .
